Description
Hunter Paramotor Strobes are made in the USA by a Paramotor Pilot using his experience of what works well. The units fit easily onto the spars of the cage in a rounded channel and are secured with velcro. They are rechargeable via a USBC cable (supplied) and the non-removable battery lasts 8 hours. There are 4 strobes around the body of the unit as well as one on the top and one on the bottom. The strobes are double flash with a relatively long duty cycle that improves your visibility.
Having flown with them for nearly a year, these are superb strobes. They take about 15 seconds to fit, and their performance is amazing. They are so bright and the strobe pattern has 2 rearward and 2 front facing LEDs as well as 1 on top and 1 on the bottom. The result is that you see the strobe from all angles. I placed mine on the horizontal spar and it was very easy to turn on with the paramotor on my back.
Weighing just 90 grams and just over 10cm long, you can add more than one unit without adding very much weight but increasing your visibility to other aircraft.
