Maintenance package prices are subject to additional costs of parts and labor. If the technician finds any other items that need to be addressed, you will be contacted when these items are discovered.
Labor is billed at $100/hour, in half hour increments.
Ideally, they will be found in the diagnostic, but disassembling the engine can uncover things that were not visible from the outside inspection.

25/50 hour plus 10 point inspection and maintenance service
10 point inspection includes: airbox, carburetor, intake, hardware torque values, reduction, starter, gaskets, seals, exhaust, rubber mounts
Maintenance to be performed in accordance with the manufacturor’s maintenance schedule, in addition to any normal wear items.
Each maintenance point listed above is a visual inspection or replacement of the item in accordance with the maintenance schedule and based on the technicians assessment
Final price will include:
- $50 diagnostic/clean up
- price of manufacturer maintenance kit
- 2 hour labor for air cooled.
- 3 hours labor for liquid cooled
100 hour maintenance and 13 point inspection and maintenance service
13 point inspection includes: piston, cylinder, head, crank, all bearings, reduction/bearings, starter, intake system, exhaust system, rubber mounts, hardware torque values, clutch, gaskets, seals
Engine top end will be cleaned of carbon and measured for condition
Maintenance to be performed in accordance with the manufacturor’s maintenance schedule, in addition to any normal wear items.

- 4 hours labor for air cooled.
- 5 hours labor for liquid cooled
150 hour, full teardown and reassembly, 15 point inspection
15 point inspection includes: Piston, cylinder, head, crankshaft, crankcase, crank bearings, reduction/bearings, starter, intake system, exhaust system, rubber mounts, hardware torque values, clutch/bell resurfacing, gasket, seals
This service is a comprehensive inspection and refresh of the engine. Similar to the 100 hour maintenance but much more in depth. The top end and rotating assemblies(crankshaft) are disassembled and inspected thoroughly using precision instruments.
Final price will include:
- $50 diagnostic/ clean up
- price of manufacturor maintenance kit
- 7 hours labor for air cooled
- 8 hours labor for liquid cooled

- Logistics Level 0 – (Cost $0): If you prefer to handle your packing, please note that we require the use of expanding foam packs to ensure safe shipping. We can provide links to purchase the foam packs. Please note that we won’t be able to service your engine without this minimum packing standard.
- Logistics Level 1 – (Cost $125): We’ll make packing easy! You’ll receive a specially designed box with two expanding foam packs, paper wadding, a prepaid shipping label, and detailed packing instructions, along with a QR code linking to a packing video. You’ll be responsible for shipping the engine to Aviator, and we’ll handle the return shipping and bill you accordingly. Benefits: You’ll save on materials without needing to buy large quantities or hunt down boxes and packing supplies—no need for costly or bulk orders!
- Logistics Level 2 – (Cost: $300): With our all-inclusive option, we handle all aspects of shipping for you. You’ll receive the box, foam packs, and shipping label, with both to-and-from shipping included in the price. Simply follow the provided instructions to pack your engine, then drop it off or arrange a FedEx pickup. We’ll handle the rest, including insured shipping both ways.
Benefits: No hassle, no guesswork—just simple, reliable shipping and handling.
Note: The customer is liable for all labor charges, including replacing faulty/incorrect parts. We cannot do warranty work with customer-supplied parts.
